The processing platform, Form3 Financial Cloud, is purpose-built for complete payments for back-office services. Form3 raised $13M in Series B funding led by Draper Espirit, along with participation from Angel CoFund and Barclays PLC. Form3has now raised a total of $18M throughout two rounds.
