Egress Software Technologies, the data security platform for unstructured data, has raised $40M in Series C funding from investors that include FTV Capital and AlbionVC. Founded by John Goodyear, Neil Larkins, and Tony Pepper in 2007, Egress has now raised a total of $47.4M in funding over three funding rounds.
