The cloud-based vision engine Scape Technologies raised $8M in Seed funding from investors that include LocalGlobe, Entrepreneur First, Mosaic Ventures, and Fly Ventures. Scape was founded in 2016 by Edward Miller, who has created content for companies like BBC, Jaguar, and Vogue, and Huub Heijnen, an expert in robotics.
