Wheely, the luxury ride-hailing service, has raised $15M in Series B funding from investors that include Concentric, Oleg Tscheltzoff, and Misha Sokolov. Founded by Anton Chirkunov and Pavel Bocharov in 2010, Wheely has now raised a total of $28M in reported equity funding.
