Sofar Sounds, the technology platform that allows artists to broadcast their live performances to earn incremental revenue, has raised $25M in Series B funding from investors that include Battery Ventures, Union Square Ventures, Octopus Ventures, and Virgin Group. Sofar Sounds was founded by Rafe Offer and Rocky Start in 2011.
