TrueLayer, an open banking payments network that combines real-time payments with secure identify verification, has raised $50M in Series E funding from investors that include Tiger Global Management, Tencent, Temasek Holdings, Northzone, Mouro Capital, and Stripe. Founded by Francesco Simoneschi and Luca Martinetti in 2016, TrueLayer has now raised a total of $321.5M in reported equity funding.
