FINTECH

Round, an AI-powered finance automation platform that handles treasury management, accounts payable, and payroll for modern finance teams, has raised $6M in Seed funding led by Alstin Capital, with participation from Backed VC, Love Ventures, Passion Capital, and Paul Forster. Founded by Pac O’Shea and Hayyaan Ahmad in 2023, Round has now raised a total of $10.67M in reported equity funding.

Qoro Quantum – $750K Pre-Seed

ENTERPRISE

Qoro Quantum, which builds software infrastructure that unifies classical and quantum computing systems so hybrid workloads can run across diverse hardware without custom integration code, has raised $750K in Pre-Seed funding led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Superangels Venture Fund and Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Qoro Quantum was founded by Dan Holme and Stephen DiAdamo in 2024.

QMatter – $1.18M

BIOTECH

QMatter, which develops quantum compression algorithms that reduce the computational resources required to simulate complex molecular systems on both quantum and classical hardware, has raised $1.18M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were four investors in this round. QMatter was founded by Alexis Ralli and Tim Weaving in 2024.
